Yisheng Zhou is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Gohigh Capital, a leading real estate private equity fund in China with a strong international background. He has previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Under his leadership, Gohigh Capital has completed nearly 53 billion yuan in acquisitions across 23 properties, including shopping centers and office buildings, and was ranked 23rd among Asia-Pacific real estate funds by PERE Magazine. Zhou is a key pioneer in the Chinese CMBS market, having overseen the country's first CMBS transaction, and has actively promoted infrastructure public REITs in China, advising on 10 transactions worth about 26 billion yuan in real estate securitization and REITs projects.
