停车 Campus Parking
上海纽约大学停车场不对外开放。我们强烈建议您乘坐公共交通工具前来。如有停车需要,请在附近的购物中心,例如前滩太古里、晶耀前滩和L+购物中心寻找停车位。感谢您的理解与配合。

The on-campus parking is very limited and not open to the public. We strongly advise you to take public transportation to commute. Or, please seek a parking slot at the shopping malls nearby, such as Taikoo Li, Crystal Plaza and L+ Mall if needed. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

签到及参会证 Check-in and Name Card
签到将于上午8:00开始,签到台设置在西门(浦东新区杨思西路567号)接待处。请向签到工作人员出示您的身份证明(电子版亦可),领取您的参会证并进入校园。鉴于参会人数众多,我们恳切建议您提早完成签到手续,同时也有时间参观校园。若您未能于上午8点55分前抵达会场,请务必在休息时间或演讲间隙期间进场,以免干扰到演讲嘉宾及其他参会者。
Check-in tables will be set at the West Gate Reception from 8:00 a.m.. Please present your ID (electronic acceptable) to the check-in staff, pick up your name card, and enter the campus. If you are unable to enter the venue before 8:55 a.m., please make sure to enter during breaks or between presentations to avoid disturbing the speakers and other participants.
会议地点 Venue Location
会议的地点位于9楼会议室E901-904。请您从西门进入校园后,直走穿过中庭,进入东楼左侧,,乘坐东楼电梯直达9楼。随后,请遵循会议指引的标识,即可顺利到达会场。
The conference will be held in the large conference room E901-904 on the 9th floor. Upon entering the campus through the West Gate, please cross the courtyard and proceed to the left side of East building, take the elevator inside the East Building to the 9th floor. Following the directional signs for the conference, you will easily reach the venue.
同声传译 Simultaneous Interpreting
请凭参会证及身份证明或名片(实体),前往9楼会场入口处领取同声传译设备。每位参会者仅限领取一台设备。鉴于设备数量有限,将采取先到先得的方式发放。
Please present your conference badge and a form of identification or business card (physical) to collect your simultaneous interpretation equipment at the entrance of the 9th floor venue. Each participant is limited to one device. Due to the limited number of devices available, they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
座位 Seating
现场观众的座位安排将依照到达先后顺序进行,敬请遵循“先来后到”的原则入座。
Seating for the live audience will be arranged in the order of arrival, so please follow the principle of "first come, first served" when taking your seat.
自助午餐 Lunch
前滩香格里拉酒店为本次会议精心准备了自助午餐,就餐地点紧邻会议场地,午餐时段将准时开放。届时,请各位与会人员持参会证件有序入场就餐。
The Qiantan Shangri-La Hotel has prepared a buffet lunch for this conference, with the dining area conveniently adjacent to the meeting venue. The lunch session will open promptly at the scheduled time. All participants are kindly requested to enter and dine in an orderly fashion by presenting their conference badges.

会议注册费发票 Invoice
会议注册费用可开电子普通发票。请您在注册网站上进行申请,并准确填写开票所需的相关信息。预计电子发票将在会议结束后的一至两周内,发送至您申请时提供的电子邮箱,默认邮箱为您的注册邮箱。此外,您也可在注册网站的订单页面直接下载该电子发票。
Please apply on the registration website and accurately fill in the relevant information required for invoicing. The electronic invoice is expected to be sent to the email address provided during application within one to two weeks after the conference, with the default email being your registered email. Additionally, you may directly download the electronic invoice from the order page on the registration website.
