As a link between real estate and capital market, real estate investment trusts (REITs) are showing unprecedented vitality and huge market potential in the current era of real estate inventory in China. In order to explore the global trend of REITs market and the development path of REITs in China, and to cultivate top-tier talents in China's REITs industry, NYU Institute for Cities and Real Estate in Emerging Markets at NYU Shanghai and NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate REIT Center have jointly launched the "New York University Shanghai 2024 REITs Advanced Certificate Course ".
The course is delivered by senior professors and industry experts from NYU and NYU Shanghai, and is divided into 12 modules, which are conducted through a combination of online live streaming and offline face-to-face teaching.
