We are pleased to announce that “2026 NYU Schack & NYU Shanghai ICREEM Global Convening：From Building to Managing—The Real Assets Agenda in Global and Emerging Markets” will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the NYU Shanghai New Bund Campus.
Co-hosted by the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and the NYU Institute of Cities and Real Estate in Emerging Markets (ICREEM) at NYU Shanghai, the conference will convene over 200 senior executives from leading global investment institutions, developers, policymakers, and academic leaders. The discussion will center on three pivotal themes, "Asset value enhancement" "Long-term asset allocation" "Urban Renewal" and "Digital-Green Assets", fostering a vigorous debate on value discovery and asset management innovation in a transformative era for the real asset industry.
