On July 19, 2025, the NYU Institute for Cities and Real Estate in Emerging Markets (ICREEM) at NYU Shanghai will join hands with the Carnegie Mellon University Shanghai Alumni Association to host a thematic seminar titled "The Future Built: How AI Empowers Future Infrastructure and Smart Buildings." The event will focus on the latest trends and practical pathways for integrating AI technology with the built environment.
This gathering will bring together experts from NYU Shanghai, Carnegie Mellon University, Bosch, Qingteng Technology, and other institutions to delve into cutting-edge topics such as Human-AI Collaboration, Large Language Models, and Embodied AI. The discussions aim to contribute to building more efficient and intelligent urban infrastructure systems and smart buildings.
