On March 31, 2024, Guohua Jean Zhang, Executive Dean of EM Urban and Real Estate Research Institute of New York University (NYU Shanghai), was invited to participate in the event hosted by Ali Asset, Fudan University Research Center for Housing Policy, Fudan MBA Real Estate Asset Management Association and Shanghai Real Estate Economics Association. 2024 Special Asset Disposal Opportunity Forum co-organized by NYU Institute for Cities and Real Estate in emerging Markets at NYU Shanghai: Visit the Benchmark enterprises - Ali Assets. During the meeting, President Zhang contributed a keynote speech on "Investment Management of non-performing Assets in commercial real estate".
