Providing independent third-party corporate financial strategy research consulting services to a number of financial institutions and real estate companies, Dr. Du has accumulated many years of research experience in the integration of industry and finance, light asset strategies, alternative investments, and financial strategy innovation for real estate companies and financial institutions. She has taught courses in fields such as integration of industry and finance, real estate finance, etc. at universities such as Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and the National Accounting Institute.
