Head of Research

Dr. Xuesong Liu is a pioneer at the intersection of Civil Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Sustainable Architecture. He specializes in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI technologies—particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and Advanced Data Analytics—to optimize building energy efficiency and operational intelligence.
His work bridges the gap between high-level academic research and industrial application. By leveraging his background as a software architect and civil engineer, he builds "cognitive building" systems that transform static Building Information Models (BIM) into dynamic, self-optimizing assets.
